Admission Policy

BASIC ADMISSION INFORMATION

1. Enrollment Period:

Registrations are accepted continuously throughout the academic year.

2. Session Start:

The academic year kicks off in August or September annually.

3. Academic Terms:

Each academic year is divided into two main terms.

4. Final Assessments:

Annual examinations are conducted in May and June each year.

5. Admission Criteria:

All students must pass the Entry Test or Interview to enroll.

6. Late Admissions:

Late registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

7. Application Submission:

Completed applications should be submitted by the deadline specified.

8. Fee Payment:

Tuition fees are due at the start of each academic term.

9. Parent Orientation:

An orientation session for parents occurs before the academic year begins.

10. Scholarship Opportunities:

Details about scholarships and financial aid are shared during admission.

Admission Procedure

Application forms and the Prospectus are available at the school office or can be requested by mail. It is mandatory to fill out the forms in person at The Gujranwala Public High School. Student selection is based on merit, and the decisions of the management and school administration are final and non-negotiable.

Note:

The Prospectus and Admission Form is available for a nominal fee of Rs. 1000/- and can be purchased at The Gujranwala Public High School, in Peoples Colony.

Students must pay the registration fees for any required examinations, which will be managed by the school.
